Information on the Covid vaccination programme in West Lothian
If you have not attended for your 1st, 2nd or booster vaccine and you are 16 years old or over or 12-15 years old and have underlying health conditions, or you are 12 - 15 year old and have not attended for 1st or 2nd vaccine you can attend or book an appointment at one of the venues listed below.

Appointments can be booked at:
- Pyramids Business Park - 7 days per week
- Carmondean Health Centre - Monday and Tuesday
- West Calder Health Centre - Wednesday
- Strathbrock Partnership Centre - Thursday and Friday
Appointments can be booked through NHS Inform online portal at NHS Inform- Vaccine Booking or telephoning the national booking line on 0800 030 8013.
Universal 5 - 11 year old
Appointment letter will be sent out to all 5 - 11 years old commencing with 11 year old and working down the age range. However every effort will be made to provide consecutive appointments for siblings to ensure parents/carers are not attending multiple appointments.
Separate Vaccination Centres have been set up to enable child friendly environments. Appointments will commence from 19 March and will be allocated to one of the vaccination clinics below. If the appointment location or date/time is not suitable this can be rescheduled by calling 0800 030 8013
Howden Health Centre
Saturday and Sunday's 9am to 6.45pm, drop ins available for children aged 5 - 11years to receive their Covid vaccination.
Please note, if they have had covid in the last 12 weeks they will not be able to be vaccinated.

Over 75s Spring Booster
The spring booster vaccination programme for over 75s, 2nd booster will commence from 28th March 2022. Appointment letters will be sent out to all eligible citizens and the vaccinations clinics will be held in venues listed below. Every effort will be made to allocate an appointment closest to your home address. If the appointment location or date/time is not suitable you can reschedule by calling 0800 030 8013.
