West Lothian Council's Community Occupational Therapy (OT) Service promotes independence for children, adults and older people living at home who have physical, mental or learning disabilities.

If you are a homeowner a grant is available for adaptations to your home to enable your essential access to standard amenities.

Adaptations can be considered as minor or major. Examples of minor being grab rail, banister, and external handrail and major adaptations things such as wet floor showers, ramps or stair lifts.
