Overview of Service
The Children's Rights Officer for court ordered contact when children have an experience of domestic abuse and coercive control ensures that children understand the process they are involved in and have the optimum opportunity to have their views transmitted and amplified to the Sheriff. (Applies to Child Welfare Hearings within Livingston only).
Referral Route
Referrals can be made via phone, or email. Both self-referrals from children and parents, and referrals from professionals are accepted.
