Bill McQueen Chair of West Lothian Integration Joint Board
Bill McQueen, CBE was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of NHS Lothian in February 2018. He is Chair of its Staff Governance Committee and a member of its Finance and Resources Committee.
Bill was a career civil servant in the Scottish Government. His senior roles included policy making, strategy development and operational delivery in areas such as constitutional change, corporate affairs and transport. He led a programme of transformational change at the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service.
Bill has held public appointments at the Accounts Commission for Scotland, the Employment Tribunal Service, the Scottish Legal Aid Board and was most recently the Vice Chair of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. Bill lives in Edinburgh and his interests include sport, music and travel.

Ann Pike Carer Representative
Ann has been an unpaid carer since 2008 for a parent and her in-laws and currently supports a relative who has had 2 strokes.
Currently Ann is Chair of Carers of West Lothian (COWL), Vice Chair of Voluntary Sector Gateway West Lothian (VSGWL), Trustee of Aid & Abet, Independent panel member for IiV & lay member of West Lothian Governance & Risk Committee. In addition to these roles, Ann is a member of several National Groups including Coalition of Carers, SDS Coalition and the new National Carer Service Lived Experience Expert Panel (LEEP).
Ann's professional background was in Financial Services with 35 years experience, latterly as Senior Customer Service Operations Manager . Since leaving Private Sector I worked for a Business Excellence organisation supporting businesses across all Sectors to continually improve how they operate, retiring in 2021.
David Huddlestone Service User Representative
Dave is a retired Instrument & Electrical Commissioning Engineer. He worked internationally in the energy sector with oil gas and wind commissioning on both onshore and offshore plants.
