16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence is an international campaign to challenge violence against women and girls.
The campaign runs every year from 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, to 10 December, Human Rights Day.

11am - Minute Silence for reflection
Wellbeing Scotland - Bitesize workshop on GBV ( 4.00pm -4.30pm) Booking required - open to staff only.
Day 2
(Friday 26th November)
Wellbeing Scotland - Bitesize workshop on stalking (2.00pm -2.30pm) Booking required - open to staff only.
WLWA - campaign awareness raising on social media about Women's Aid and service provision and launch of Christmas service user gift appeal.

(Saturday 27th November)
West Lothian Council - GBV strategy and e-learning launch

(Sunday 28th November)
Police Scotland - Livingston v's Rangers - Police will be there raising awareness and handing out information around the White Ribbon campaign.
Day 5
(Monday 29th November)
Police Scotland - Pop up event at Mill Centre, Blackburn (1pm- 4pm) with staff from Domestic Abuse Investigation Unit (DAIU) /Domestic Abuse and Sexual Assault Team (DASAT) /West Lothian Womans Aid (WLWA)
Police Scotland- Training - Ask Soupport Care (ASC)
Wellbeing Scotland - Bitesize workshop - Online Safety. (Time TBC) Booking required- open to staff only.

WLWA - Social media launch - WL WA Freedom Empowerment Programme and new promotional resources.
