Refer to the Inclusion and Support Service

The Inclusion and Support Service brings together teams from Education and Social Policy to support children, young people and families with additional support needs. All teams within the Inclusion and Support Service work is underpinned by the 'Getting it Right for Every Child' approach as we work together to improve outcomes of the children and young people of West Lothian and their families.

Please note that this is not an emergency service. If you have concerns regarding a young persons safety:

• Follow child protection procedures
• Contact the Duty and Child Protection Team on 01506284440 between 8.30am and 5pm (4pm on Fridays)
• Contact the Social Care Emergency Team after 5pm (4pm on Fridays) or before 8.30am on 01506281028 or 281029
• Seek urgent medical assistance

The Inclusion and Support Service accepts referrals from all sources including school, Social Policy, and health professionals. If you wish to make a referral please complete the form. If you are a young person (aged 5 to 24 years old) or parent or carer looking for support the quickest way for you to speak to someone is to call Listen and Link on 01506283160 or visit Listen and Link . You can also complete the form if you prefer.
