Children First and Parentline
Children First is Scotland's national children's charity. They aim to stand up for every child, because all children should have a safe childhood.

They protect children from harm and support them to recover from trauma and abuse through their national and local services. They help children, their families and the people that care for them by offering emotional, practical, and financial support to have a safer, brighter future.
From mental health, money worries and online harm to struggles at school, the Children First support line can offer emotional, practical and financial support to any family in Scotland.
If you need support, call them free on 08000 28 22 33, start a chat online (opens new window) or visit Children First - Support Line (opens new window)
