Returning Items

We can reuse many items that have been given out on loan. All of our items are cleaned and sanitised before reissuing to another client.

The easiest way to return items to the store is by requesting a return online. Please note that we cannot accept returns of banisters and handrails. Banisters and handrails are a fixed adaptation and we will not process removal of these.

Wheelchairs

Long-term use Wheelchairs should be returned to the Astley Ainslie Hospital. Please contact 0131 537 9177 to arrange a return.

Short term Wheelchairs provided by the equipment store can be returned by phoning 01506 280101.
