Community Connections Convenience and Comfort 

  • Come along to speak with our friendly volunteers and staff over a tea or coffee.
  • Chat with staff and volunteers who know about your locality
  • Collection information, learning about what support is available to allow you to look after your health and wellbeing
  • Continue to stay well and independent within the local community.

Support for carers - Access to information and dedicated support to access respite, aids and adaptations, financial assistance.

Support for independent living - The drop-ins provide support to anyone over sixteen who lives in West Lothian who is looking for support to manage their or someone they care for  long term health conditions.

Health and wellbeing  - gain support to improve physical and mental health, access to physical exercise groups, personal development and counselling services.

Employability advice - discuss options surrounding education and employment opportunities tailored to persons needs and circumstances.

Benefits and Financial support - learn about cost of living support available, find out if you may be entitled to additional financial support

Who can come along to Community Connections?

Anyone over the age of 16.  The drop-ins are open to all West Lothian residents.
