Community Connections is a signposting and advice service that helps connect people to the support they need.
Community Connections is currently a growing service, and this webpage will be updated as the service is developed
Community Connections is accessible to anyone who needs help finding the support they need. Staff and volunteers will listen to issues customers face and will help direct them to get the help they need. This includes council, NHS, and wider public and third service partners.
How to access
Drop in sessions are held weekly at the following locations
Linlithgow Library - Thursdays 1pm to 4pm.
West Calder Community Hub - Wednesdays 10am to 1pm.
In future, sessions will be held in Blackburn and Livingston North, and Community Connections will also be accessible online by using our videoconferencing platform, Near Me. Further information on the new locations and on the online offering will be added to this page soon.
