Families Together
Families Together is a partnership between West Lothian Council and several local Voluntary sector agencies. The service provides intensive support for families in West Lothian who have multiple and complex needs.

The project works holistically with families, supporting all members of the family's needs. The service aims to support families to improve their circumstances, develop their skills, access support at the point of need and build resilience so that children can remain safely within their own family and have their development needs fully met
