The Duty and Child Protection Team Referral Form
The duty service operates as a single point of entry to the Duty and Child Protection (DCP) Team. The Duty and Child Protection Team works with children and young people who do not currently have an allocated social worker.
All referrals will initially be dealt with by Children and Families Screening Coordinator, in consultation with a Manager.
If you require an response for a child protection matter please call 01506 284440, leave a message with the child's details, a Child Protection Social Worker will call you back.
If you believe a child is at immediate risk, call 999 immediately.
