Community Equipment Store
The Community Equipment Store provides a range of equipment, issued on loan following an assessment of need by professional health and social work staff. Equipment is issued to a wide variety of people who require assistance in order to remain independent in the community.
Autism Initiatives - West Lothian Occupational Service
Individual packages of support to people with autism, in or from, their own home, ranging from a few hours per week to higher levels of daily support.

Families Together is a partnership between West Lothian Council and several local Voluntary sector agencies. The service provides intensive support for families in West Lothian who have multiple and complex needs.
