If these do not help fix your issue, then it is important that you tell the Equipment Store about any broken or faulty equipment as soon as possible.

If your equipment is broken you should stop using it immediately and contact the equipment store who will arrange for it to be repaired or replaced with suitable equipment.

The Community Equipment Store is only responsible for equipment provided from the store. Client's own equipment, or equipment provided through a grant is the responsibility of the client.
